happy birfday! You probably forgot/missed a few, but here’s the first one I thought of
Debuted in early 1994 as a 1995 model, the only “1994" models were race cars.

Happy birthday from a fellow 23 year old. I actually own one these cars.
And here’s a look into 1995 Tokyo Motorshow by Nissan and Subaru .

Yeah I hit up the Wikipedia list which mostly dealt with cars that were revealed at auto shows in 95. I know of some other cars that were revealed beforehand but didn’t hit showrooms until 95, like the Olds Aurora, but putting together this list was pain enough as it is.

Which one, pray tell?

Never doubted it for a second!

Almera, although mine’s a sedan.

Bought my first car in 1995 brand new while working for $4.25/hour. It was about $16k. A/C, 5MT, alloy wheels (a big deal), 4-wheel disc brakes (also a big deal). No cruise control or keyless entry, no antilock brakes, no glovebox (!) . Just to put in perspective the ratio between minimum wage and car prices for you, this would be like a Nissan Versa costing $30k today. Cars are deflating in price in so many ways...
Not my actual car, but virtually identical:

We never got Almeras in the states, but Top Gear’s review of them makes them sound interesting.

Believe me, I wrung out all 115 horses as much as possible. And within about 3-4 years, it was in rough shape. High school and college don’t always equate to good maintenance practices...

I got a stripper Golf GL from 1996 (year of my birth, yes this was a terrible idea) and I love it. $1400 got me five seats, a steering wheel, an ABA, a five speed, some brakes, and a cool set of wheels wrapped in bald tires.

At least the non SR engined variants aren’t what I’d call interesting. It’s a good basic car though. And the facelift version even looks quite good to me.
I think the closest car Nissan gave to you guys was the B14 200sx/Sentra.

Happy birthday! Both of my vehicles are ’95s.

That E39 is such a classic design... Just like you, DaftRyosuke. Have a good one!

Feeling old when I saw the bubble Taurus, which is the first one I recognized the year for (I could have gotten to that point with simple match, but where’s the fun in that.)
In any event Happy Birthday!
It’s not my birthday, but I’ll play this game (according to Wikipedia’s list which seems to be a bit of mess regarding first production year vs. first model year) :

Oh you, to even be compare me to the beauty of the E39 is unspeakable.

Now THAT’S a year I can get behind.

There’s some nice angular cars, and some exceptional wheels.

Thats 1982, right? I’ve owned 2 of those; the Citroën BX and the BMW E30. Had my mom hurried up with the pushing I would’ve been born in 1982 as well.

Yep. Meanwhile, I’ve never owned anything from my list, but from the 1995s, I dearly miss my S40, and came perilously close to inheriting my grand father’s bubble Taurus (my parent’s almost bought one as well, though they ended up with a previous-gen Taurus instead, which was an appallingly bad car.)

From my 1983 list I currently own two Peugeot 205s and a mk2 Golf. I like that era of cars.

Happy birthday! (I would post some cars from my birth year, but seeing that’s also 1995, I think you’ve got most of them covered)
